The law firm of Fischer, Zisblatt & Kiss (FZK) is located in Century City, California. The firm specializes in complex business and real estate transactions commercial law, litigation, elder law, tax and estate planning. We assist individuals and families in achieving their wealth transfer and estate planning objectives. FZK provides uniquely integrated and comprehensive income, fiduciary and transfer tax advice to its clients, taking into account the current and projected changes in the tax laws affecting our clients’ planning. We provide our clients with estate planning ideas and strategies on a tax-efficient and cost-effective basis.
The tax law practice of FZK is characterized by sensitivity to the unique situation and goals of each of our clients. Our practice ranges from all of the traditional aspects of personal estate planning - including the preparation of revocable trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts and family business entities - to estate, trust and guardianship administration - representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust matters. FZK also has particular expertise in succession planning with life insurance, employee and retirement benefits and business interests. We also advise our clients on charitable giving and the establishment and operation of private and publicly supported charitable organizations.

Mr. Zisblatt received his law degree from Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, in 1983, after completing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984, and to the California State Bar in 1985. Mr. Zisblatt also holds a master’s degree in business taxation from USC. A dedicated family man with five children, Mr. Zisblatt is also a committed community leader, currently serving as President of the Board of Governors of Young Israel, Beverly Hills.
